I visited the public trustee in Maryborough recently to update my living Will. such an easy process, i made an appointment, attended said appointment and within minutes i had a copy of my updated Will and was on my way. The public trustee is a one stop place to go for all of your life choices legal documentation from wills to advanced care documentation etc….. it is made easy by the really friendly staff.
I recently updated my will. Due to Covid-19 restrictions the will appointment was conducted over the phone. Once the will was prepared, I then visited my nearest location to sign the will document. Both the phone and in-person appointments were conducted by staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
All staff were polite and efficient. My questions were answered clearly. I'd recommend their service for making a will. I recently changed mine, absolutely no hassle. Timely, good facilities. Parking may be a bit difficult at times due to location of building.
I took my mother to see the public trustee and she was very happy with the woman she spoke to. Said she explained everything so that she really understood what was going on. It was to make a new will and it was free as well. Job well done, thank you.
Really great help in making our wills and enduring power of attorney. So much we didn't know. Staff were wonderfully helpful and patient with us.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, nice clean and tidy business, only problem that I found is the traffic noise does make hard to hear the conversation with the safety / security glass, if you wear hearing aids, be sure to take them.
I have enjoyed having public trustee as I don't have the capacity to look after my money thank the lords for public trustee if it wasn't for Lisa gittens and the team in Marybough I would not be where I am now
