Beyond impressed with the consistent and professional service I receive every time I come here. From the very polite and attentive reception staff and the master of dentistry himself, Dr Tim. He rebuilt a pretty far gone tooth efficiently, effectively and with a top quality finish. Best yet, the price allowed me to never be scared of visiting the dentist again if I have a problem! Having been misdiagnosed and given a fair bit of questionable advice by my previous dentist, I am so relieved to finally be assured that I'm in good hands. The results speak for themselves. Thanks so much to the team at Dental Art - the very reason I make the drive from the other side of the city!
I went to Dr Tim after 20+ years of not seeing a dentist so apprehension was a bit high. Tim did a sensational job if putting my mind at ease and did the work with utmost professionalism and minimum of fuss. Even the fillings process was relatively low fuss, to the point it was like "what's the big deal"! Very happy to refer them!
As a family we have been going to this practice for 20 years. Sunday night yesterday my wife had a throbbing tooth and could barely work in the morning. It seems DentalArt do not have a policy to always fit in a client in pain. My wife rang at 8:30am when the phones open why don't they have on line booking?. Sorry "can't help you" was the response, "but I am in pain", "the best we can do for you is the following day at midday" .... Needless to say we went to another local dentist who was amazing, my wife had to see an endodontist which he also arranged the same day, so everything is now fixed and my wife is out of pain, no thanks to DentalArt, we would have still been waiting for our appointment tomorrow at midday. Needless to say we are not returning.
Have been seeing Dr Martin Nguyen for a few years now and he is nothing but professional. I highly recommend him and his team for anyone looking for a meticulous, careful and efficient dentist.
Tim has been our family dentist for a few years and we have been very happy with his care and advise.
