I could not recommend Candice enough to my family and friends. I've always been terrified of the dentist so thought I would try a dental hygienist. Candice is extremely professional, passionate and friendly and makes me so at ease the entire time. Her focus on preventative care is refreshing when many people out there only focus on fixing issue, not preventing it. Thank you for making me look forward to getting my clean now!

I am terrified of the dentists, and had to get my fillings done since ages but coudn't get myself to visit the dentist. I finally met George Alvarez, a popular therapist around the area who apparently treats all my friends, who put me at ease at my very first appointment!
I have a gag reflex so he did not pressure or make me uncomfortable, in fact he was very gentle ! He kept giving breaks in the middle, was very patient and had a great sense of humor ! I dint feel awkward at all by stopping constantly, in fact I look forward to meeting him now and highly recommend him to everyone ! Thanks George, best wishes for you

Moved to Blackburn from Wonthaggi and read other reviews before choosing. Nice is an understatement... they actually care which is quite rare for dental practices . Something about the place is quite pleasing and calming and especially when it comes to Dr Berani. Its like i was the most important person in the room, even let me have a little cry to vent my anxiety... I know there is lots of work to be done and im saving for the veneers but cant go anywhere else . I think i have found my DENTIST for life. LOL
