Very clean, comfortable room and likewise clean en suite with a good shower!  Karen and her team were very welcoming.  The communal area is well stocked and therefore very useful. We were just on a short visit to catch up with friends, the Demi View was a very comfortable and convenient spot to base ourselves.  We haven't stayed here since 1998 - there have been upgrades carried out and it's good to see that more are under way.  Keep up the good work!

The room was big and clean and had everything you would like to find in a motel room. The manager and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and the community area were also clean and nice.nIn the night we were visited by many cockroaches despite having all good in the fridge. That was quite disgusting…

This place is in much need of a clean and some maintenance. It's extremely dated and the aircon in my room and the other room my family stayed in were absolutely disgusting. that clogged up with filth they barely worked not to mention how bad it is for you health. WiFi was non-existent. Did report the issues to the manager about the aircons and all he did was whinge about tradesmen not coming to clean them yet he has a team of Asian cleaners that could easily pull the filters out and clean them. I cleaned the filters myself. Also the linen needs replacing as most of them are stained and past their use by for sure. Only good thing about the place is the location is smack bang on the main street close to shops and cafe's. Don't think I'll ever stay there again especially if the owner doesn't seem interested in making it better or even offer a discount for filthy rooms.

Had a room for 2 nights. Great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
