Delaneys Lawyers is a long established Law Firm that commenced practising in 1944 and we have had a presence on the Gold Coast since 1977.

Delaneys Lawyers has a family feel, but we are by no means small in the ventures or work we can undertake for you.

The Commercial and Property Team of the firm can look after your needs in regards to Property and Commercial Law matters including all your leasing matters, business sales, partnerships and joint ventures as well as Conveyancing in both Queensland and New South Wales.

Our Litigation Team handles matters in all Courts in Queensland, from QCAT through to Federal and Supreme Court matters. We can also attend to issues arising interstate. We will attend to your needs whether as Plaintiff or Defendant and can handle matters from Debt Recovery, Contract Disputes, Corporate matters to Banckruptcy and Insolvency issues.
