Super helpful and friendly staff, lovely atmosphere in the shop. The Ordinary products are AMAZING and cheap, would highly recommend them. Super sensitive skin and it's hard to find stuff that works on me, but I swear these are miracle solutions that works basically overnight. So excited to use it over the long term

Where do I even begin with the amazing customer service I was provided today and extensive product knowledge of my skincare consultant Ellie. Absolutely so friendly and knew what she was talking about with all ingredients within the products she offered to me for my skin type, she didn’t try to up sell too many products to me which was really great, only recommended a few products to start off with. It was the first time I’ve come in and didn’t know much about the company so I came in with my skin issue and want to change up my skin routine with new products, Ellie was so understanding of my needs as a customer and went absolutely above and beyond. Outstanding customer service and so impressed by everyone else in the store! Such a lovely atmosphere in store definitely coming back and Ellie has me as a customer for life at The Abnormal Beauty Company! Thank you again so much Ellie and everyone else in store! I went a bit overboard and bought about 15 products online because at the price why wouldn’t you! and I phoned in to get some help with the application order. Scott was SO lovely and took the time to explain why I need to use certain products for what, the order and what they’ll do for me. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of my questions. It’s so hard to find amazing customer service these days - don’t stop helping people Scott <3 thank you!
Visited a few months ago and had the most wonderful staff member provide the three of us with solid recommendations that have been very effective. Very knowledgeable, respectful and honest customer service. I was also very impressed recently by a team who were presenting in the MYER Melb store - absolutely did not try to push any products onto me. Would recommend to anyone tired of paying too much for too little difference in their skincare. Side note: their foundations are great too! I use the Coverage formula for work, and Serum for weekends.
I was introduced to the ordinary by a friend. I have purchased a heap of products online and went into the store to choose a colour for foundation. It takes a bit of research to discover what products to use but that’s what makes them so affordable. Having said that it was lovely to go into store today and be served by an amazing staff member with a Canadian/American accent and ask a few questions that I hadn’t found the answers to online yet. I left with six more products. They are also cruelty free and vegan so it’s a big tick from me.
I odered the new 4 pack "The Balance Set" via standard delivery was free but I received my order super quick express post . There was the Niacinamide serum leaking so I reported via website same day and I received new set the very next day: . Great service. This was my first purchase so I have not used it before but will come back to review as I find more about product after use.
The Ordinary is a very effective and great value skin care brand! On top of that, the staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The complete product range is available compared to other stockists such as Myer and Priceline. Thank you for your help, will definitely be back for more :
I came in last Friday to get some skincare products. The lady who helped me, Jess I think her name was, was fabulous. I'd never used any skincare products before and she was very helpful and friendly in helping me start my regime. I'm loving my products already and can't wait to come back to Jess and add to my regime.
Really friendly helpful staff, I went in for a new skincare routine and didn't really understand what I needed and the shop assistant took me through everything step by step and wrote me out a new routine and explained everything with lots of patience. The products are amazing, have never tried an acid exfoliator before and my skin feels brand new after it.
