Served by Alison at the Chanel counter and her service was incredible! I am definitely a repeat customer after being made to feel so welcome by the staff.
I received incredibly friendly service this evening from two staff members who helped me track down what I was after. I have also ordered online through David Jones and received my order well-packaged in a timely manner. My only complaint is that their phone and online chat holding times are very long.
I find that staff never approach to offer help, however they are very friendly when you go up and ask. great range over two levels.
