Good coffee in The Kitchen but the food service is extremely slow - not good enough will look elsewhere for food in the future

Some staff are reluctant to help, if you don't *look* like you have money. I always feel like I'm being scrutinised if I pick up something to look at,as I actually am poor,but they don't know that...it's usually understaffed, perfume section is tiny. I hope with the new *do up* it widens the stock option. If I had the dollars to buy here.
But they sometimes have really good discount,reductions, 
the clinique  lady was awful..when I asked for a sample for my mum,who was sick at home. She said you have to buy first. I say mum wants to try this, so now I take my mums business other place,you ugly old lady.
But most staff are very helpful and nice.
