Bought a ZT mower in 2018 from these guys, early service was great from seller including delivery, on first use, machine didn't turn over, 6hrs to have service person on site and after hours phone number not answered. To troubleshoot the issue, the person from dealer asked me to use metal tools to put between relay wires which blew the fuse..... After relays were replaced, I was then told the starter motor was faulty as well as other parts, and that I was supplied a drained battery, that didn't have enough charge to run the starter motor, even when jump started. To sort this, I was told to go and buy a battery charger.... wow... They jump started the mower on the day from the starter mower and told me to not get off it as then I would be stuck.... They refused to admit fault or replace the battery or starter motor for a 4 day old machine that hadn't yet cut a blade of grass. Not impressed with the service overall and would a different dealer next time, and am making a formal complaint to the manufacturer.
