I attended the Darlington pharmacy after one closer to my dad's residence was closed.  I was so impressed with the kindness, advice and instruction that Rosemary offered. She didn't just try and sell the most expensive items, just the best suited. Well worth the journey down the hill if you live at Aberfoyle, Happy valley and flagstaff hill. I would highly recommend

My experience with this pharmacy is not just being a customer, but also worked as a student for my professional placement with these lovely pharmacists and staff. They are very passionate about what they are doing, and also very professional. They are offering a high quality and patient-centered care. Unlike other pharmacies, there are always more than one pharmacist present at this site at any given time, which can be very beneficial for patients to receive accurate information in a shortest waiting time.

This is a family run pharmacy, very efficient and friendly. The fact that the same staff have been there for so long is an indicator of this. You are always greeted with a smile by name. The service is quick, but always thorough, and the store is spotless. I get SMS reminders of when my scripts are due. I highly recommend this pharmacy..

I agree with most of the reviews here, the staff here are very friendly, and they do have a great range of stock. However their lack of sensitivity around privacy is of great concern to me. On one occasion one of the staff saw me in store and offered the obligatory assistance with looking for an item, then proceeded to tell me she had seen me before and attempted to guess my surname, out loud. On the second occasion the store was full, and one of the assistants came out to check if i wanted another brand of my medication before announcing very loudly what the medication was used for. Unfortunately this experience has made me choose to go elsewhere.
