Today I went to Chemist Warehouse Glenelg where I am a regular customer.I was looking to purchase some sort of elasticised cover for my elbow as have a nasty bruise that requires covering for work.I approached a girl after looking at stock as I was unable to find something suitable.I clearly interrupted her,she could not have looked more bored & disengaged as I was speaking to her & very reluctantly came over & said that’s all we have.I then spent the next 10 minutes looking further myself & found something just right.I work in a very customer/client based environment & might suggest that if this employee is not enjoying her job or finds it difficult to maintain basic good manners perhaps she seek employment where she is not in a customer facing role.For the most part at this store I find staff to be really helpful so hoping to encounter a happier assistant next time.

I was in there of a Monday morning, so that may be a quiet time for them, but service times were great and the staff were really friendly. It’s a small store, but I was super happy with my visit!

Terrible service from a staff member who seemed allergic to work. I came in to price match a few items, which is a standard policy they advertise. Instead of processing the price match, the employee told me, 'Why not just go to Priceline?' if I wanted those prices. Since when is it a store’s policy to send paying customers to a competitor? If you don’t want to honor price matches, don’t advertise the policy. Extremely lazy and unprofessional attitude.

My boyfriend purchased a perfume pack and it was the wrong one Paco Rabanne Olympia instead of Paco Rabanne Olympia Solar. It was unopened and unused. I tried to EXCHANGE it today for the right one and the pharmacist refused as it wasn’t within a few days, it was 2 weeks. I will never shop here again!! This is disgusting to treat customers in this way. I spent $500/ month here as my mother is ill. I will never shop at chemist warehouse again.

Customer service today was quite disappointing. The female staff member appeared rude, packed my items carelessly, and threw the basket behind the counter without even a greeting or a thank you. It felt very unprofessional. If they are not ready to provide proper service, they should not be working in customer service roles.
