I had not been to fine dining at the Blue Mountains before. After this experience, well be looking to come back! The degustation was exquisite and the waiters were great. Well worth a visit.

Lovely food. A fantastic experience. Impeccable service. A great venue to celebrate those special occasions. More than happy to accommodate Coeliacs and have a a variety of gluten free options. Well done Darley's.

Meat and fish we're both perfectly prepared.  The crab and pork belly entrees were also both delicious.  Staff was very accommodating and friendly.  We brought a 7yo and 1.5 yo and they both did great.

Amazing food, warm atmosphere, vibrant classical decor, wonderful service. What else could someone asked for?? Perfect dinner date venue!!

The food there is quite nice and the building and its small garden is pretty amazing. You should check it out. Service was exceptional too but only thing that was little disappointing was the food itself is delicious but there was no impact. I look back and every food is above average not exceptional.
