My husband and I regularly travel down the great ocean road from Melbourne and this was the best meal we have ever had on our journeys! Even better than what we have on offer in Melbourne! Food is fresh and homely, delicious and hearty. We enjoyed it so much we went back the following day. I’m a vegetarian and the options were fantastic. My partner eats meat and also loved his choices. Will definitely be coming back again and trying even more of the menu.
Homely restaurant that serves up heartwarming middle eastern food amidst a chilly drive up to the great ocean region.nCame across this unplanned and so glad we went in. What a lovely surprise. There were only 2-3 dishes available after 7pm so we didn't have many choices, but both the kofta salad and okra stew with rice were absolutely delicious. Would have loved to try the lamb shank and the delectable desserts. Will definitely visit again when we're in the area.
One of the best eating out experiences I've had. We did a lovely hike at Lake Elizabeth and stopped here for some lunch. The place is so comfy and inviting, the staff were lovely very welcoming to our children and the food was incredible. Heaps of vegetarian options and fresh local produce. I had the moussaka and it was beautiful and fresh. Everyone at our table raved about their meals. My two year old napped on one of the many comfy couches and my four year old loved roaming the big back yard and climbing the big tree. Coffee was perfect and the home made Turkish Delight was the best I've had. Highly recommend this place to all.
