at Narrabundah shops in 1989. Family ran business specialising in sourdough.

Sourdough bakery! Danny is FAMOUS in Canberra for his sourdough fruit loaf
and especially, his massive and yummy sourdough dough Easter buns! No fat,
No sugar, and definitely NO Preservatives!

The Easter Buns here are the best in Canberra! They are made with their sourdough recipe and are very generous in size and filled with fruit and spice. If you can get them whilst still warm - OMG, they are the very, very best.

I've found Canberra's best sourdough here. (German sourdough to be particular - softer than the French traditional style) The Easter Buns are the best I've had anywhere, ever. They sell quickly, so I always try to be early. The flavour, quality and size of them can't be beat!
