No Dan Murphy's wants to stock mountain goat 5.2% Pale Ale. One day last year I went to Dan Murphy's in Gladesville on a Monday and was able to buy four six packs for the 24 can price of $63. At the checkout I was pleased because I wouldn't pay the $20 for a 6 pack price as it was then. The guy on the checkout said if you buy all the stock two weeks running the DM branch would automatically have 24 can slabs. So I promptly drove to DM WILLOUGHBY and bought 4 six packs there too. I did the same on a Monday for several weeks at DMs in Gladesville and Willoughby and they both started stocking them but the 6 pack price went down while the slab price went up to $65.nFine at least now they stock them.nnI went away on holiday and now we are back to square one. Only two cans on the shelf at DM Gladesville. One six pack at DM Willoughy.nnI understand that the lower alcohol content mountain goat is more popular with young people but most older patrons would prefer the higher alcohol content pale ale.nI tried to buy it online but the price online at DM Willoughby is listed at $49 a slab which is wrong and probably explains why they are out of stock if they sell it at that price.nnKogan offer it online for $69 and that may be where I have to buy it from now
Went here to redeem a gift card... There's nothing better than free grog ... Loved the staff here... Always ever so friendly... Helped me choose so I can get me bang for the buck.. great stock wines beers and spirits
