I went here today for the first time. The lady who served me was informative and very engaging in conversation while dealing with a late delivery having to go outside as I was leaving directing the delivery guys on how to do it safely using the forklift then she proceeded to go inside and serve customers like it was water off a ducks back. I went to the fish & chip shop next door and watched while the delivery driver and staff dealt with a large delivery due to Woolworths protest and them not having delivery for a week. The professionalism was outstanding-if this woman isn’t a manager then she should be and I would even go so far to say that she should be an area manager-exemplary service and organisational skills. More people in the service industry with these skills should be rewarded. Definitely going back!
Good range and Member discounts. My go to items are Asti Zonin semi sweet sparkling wine $11 to $12 and $3.99 dry white wines. Also check website for special prices cheaper than shelf prices. Chandon Garden Spritz was only $19 website special price.
Dropped in first up this morning, extremely busy, Daniel went above and beyond to assist us found what we needed at another two stores even offered to call them to hold, which we declined.n10/10 #serviceexcellence and we found it at next store. 10Q
