Wide selection. Friendly service with staff always asking if they can help you find something. Later trading hours than most of liquor stores.
I walked in and was not approached by a member of staff when I just got back from central coast NSW to find something quality and everyone there avoided me like a plague made me feel like a thief because of the clothes I wear please don’t judge me on the way I hold myself in public as it effects me hence the one star the lady at the counter was very nice and welcoming just other staff were avoidant and not offering customer service as Dan Murphy’s stands by honestly worst bottle shop experience I ever had I feel like calling and asking for restitution but I’m not that petty but people need to know if you want customer service your best paying extra at your local bottle shop
Absolutely poor customer service and was denied to purchase alcohol. Im currently 21 years of age and supplied ID. I have an injury on my foot and have to use crutches to walk around. I had my younger brother with me not of age just to push the trolley to the car because I cannot carry and walk with crutches. Was told to leave and was very rude about it. My younger brother has been aloud to push the trolley in the past. And with understanding he is not aloud to carry alcohol on premisis.
They were great I found ginger beer on special on line and they matched it I love my ginger beer but it's normally to expensive

I'd never been to this Dan Murphy's before but compared to other stores in the region I was blown away by the customer service. Never have I actually had more helpful people than at this store and everyone was an absolute pleasure. To the manager and their team well done, I'll actually go to Dan's more often now as a result of this experience Edit: I got home and noticed the cap on the bottle of Grenadine was broken, took it back to the store and they let me exchange it straight away for a new one without issue. Top service yet again
Great affordable prices with wide range of selection , highly recommended, nice customer service.
Can always get what I want at good prices. Staff are always willing to help or make a suggestion.
