The venue has a great atmosphere with the water features and decking etc. Unfortunately though the food and prices is a huge let down. The steaks are in the $30-$40 range and are terrible. We asked for medium rare and all steaks came out well done. Sent one of them back and half an hour later it came out again even further well done than the previous steak. When you pay top dollar you expect your steak to be cooked to perfection. If it was a $10-!5 dollar meal it would be a different story but at $34 each not good. I would not go back.

ADVERTISES LIVE BANDS FRIDAY NIGHT, ONE PERSON AND A COMPUTER IS NOT A LIVE BANDS IT IS LIVE MUSIC. THE PLACE WAS DEAD ON A FRIDAY NIGHT STAFF WERE VERY MUCH BORED, UNHELPFUL AND IN MY OPINION REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO BE THERE. ONE BAR MANAGER VICTIMIZED ONE OF MY FRIENDS BY ASKING TO TAKE SIT ON AT A TABLE AND NOT THE BAR OR LEAVE. FUNNY THAT EVEN KNOW YOU ARE A PAYING CUSTOMER YOU ARE UNABLE TO SIT WHERE YOU WANT ON A BAR STOOL THAT IS POSITIONED AT A BAR. THE ROOF APPEAR TO BE LEAKING AS WELL THROUGH ONE OF THE VENTS. I WAS NOT GAME TO HAVE A MEAL THERE AS THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE WAS GREAT IN THE BAR WHY WOULD I EVEN BOTHER WITH IT IN THE RESTAURANT. THE BOUNCER APPEAR THAT HE HAD DONE TIME WITH TATTOOS COVERED UP ON HIS NECK. WHAT IS IT WITH BOUNCERS THESE DAY ANYWAY THEY ARE USUALLY OVER WEIGHT AND UNATTRACTIVE, DOES ADD TO THE APPEAL OF YOUR BUSINESS. OVERALL I HAVE TO SAY THIS PLACE SUCKS WHICH IS UNDER STATEMENT. OH YEAH NEARLY FORGOT THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE NIGHT WAS ONE OF THE PATRONS PLAYING WITH HIMSELF IN THE SMOKING AREA CLASSY PLACE.

I read all reviews before going . So many bad ones and wannabe Jerry Seinfelds. Glad I went food was great and kids area is so good I had to threaten my 4 your old he wasn't playing there again if he didn't eat, atmosphere is fantastic. Prices were normal. We enjoyed ourselves so much on the Wednesday we went back on Saturday after being at Dreamworld for day and food tasted even better. Will go back again.

Poor, Poor, Poor service. Please note you are not a fine dinning restaurant, you are a pub. I do not need a "Host" to show me to a table, I am more than capable of finding my own table in an empty pub at lunch, you trust me to find my way to the counter to place my order, don't you? I have stopped a few times at this pub for lunch, as a tradie, we often stop a pubs for a decent lunch on the Coast. Today while trying to place our order in an empty pub we where told we cannot place a order without the host showing us to our table. This has never happened before the ladies are usually so nice, but the "male host" and the male taking the orders today where useless and rude, we left without placing an order, but i made sure i filled out a feedback form. People take note, if you are looking for good and fast service, look elsewhere.
