Thanks to your absolutely terrible sales staff. Which literally told me I couldn't afford anything in your yard. I bought this beautiful Toyota Fortuner at Black Toyota. Your dumbarse sales staff even told my filthy rich mate he couldn't afford a new Patrol. After he walked in wearing casual clothes. Well he's now enjoying his new 300 series Sahara.....

I very very seldom take the time to write a review but was very displeased with the service department. Was passing through town to try and make it to the coast for Christmas in my Nissan and the check engine light came on. Found Dalby Nissan and went out the back went in. asked for a tech to just come out and check what had caused the light and if I could continue my journey or seek alternative arrangements. they were unable to help for what was a 10min job and asked me to leave the car. I told them i was unable to as I had dogs in the car and it was a hot day and needed to keep the car running. they were simply uninterested in offering any assistance. Very sad for a small country town.
Rolled into Dalby late Monday afternoon with a faulty EGR on a Patrol, they organized the part to be onsite Tuesday morning and I was told it would only take 2hrs max, got the call from the service department to tell me it was ready to go, great communication, brilliant customer service, and the lady at the service department went above and beyond. Thanks so much Nissan Dalby service department.
