Was on my way out west this week with the new cruiser and didn't have a booking for its first from new service/check, I rang Black Toyota Dalby thinking they wouldn't fit me in but to my surprise hey they did it when I arrived. This probably wouldn't happen anywhere but the lady at service desk went out of her way to make it happen, awesome customer service Thanks so much..JK
Would not recommend at all!! Purchased a brand new dual cab landcruiser November last year! Mary anne from Sales department is absolutely wonderful!! But service and parts department absolutely useless!! 1. Day of delivery the steering wheel was on a 90° angle with straight wheels. 2. First service took 6hrs after informing them we have to travel 4hrs to and from them! 3. Second service again took over 6 hrs, called 3 hrs after dropping car off and hadn’t even been started yet and the air filter was not even checked, cleaner nor replaced was still full of dust and bugs after picking car up! 4. Third service, Again took over 6hrs and was to have a visor installed that was ordered a month before service and we were told was there and ready to be installed to find out after being told the car is ready to be picked up that they didn’t have the visor so it was unable to be installed…. Couldn’t tell us that when we dropped the car off that morning! Also 2000km after this service the rear brake shoes were steel to steel…. So much for being checked when the bearings were done and being apart of the 20000km cap price servicing 5. Finally got the visor over 2 months later after requesting it to be colour coded sandy taupe with chrome trimming to find that it is colour coded, no clear coat and scratched up half painted black trimming! Not impressed at all will be having a not very happy customer on the phone first thing Monday morning!!
We would like to say a big thank you to the Team at Dalby! Especially Don, Brooke, Nea and Justin. The service was outstanding and we will not hesitate to buy our next vehicle here. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and personable.
Great service from everyone I spoke to. Definitely made you feel they want your business. From the moment we first spoke to them, they were excellent and did a great deal on our new car. Kept us informed all the way - despite Covid delays. All extras, such as bull bar, were organised by them. The main person we dealt with Marrianne was just brilliant. I definitely recommend anyone buying a car should give these guys a try even if you're several hours drive away.
Thanks to the entire service department of Black Toyota Dalby for looking after me with the recent service of my Rav4. I wasn't feel well so they took the time to come pick up the car and drop it back once finished. Appreciate the entire team going the extra mile to help me out.
World class facilities. Great focus on supporting the local community. Their lounge area a welcome must for the weary traveler waiting for their vehicle to be attended to. Our personal experience with their service staff was something worth bragging about. We had an engine malfunction light activated twenty minutes out of Dalby, and had to turn back. We were attended to immediately and after a quick diagnostic check, were given a verdict which didn't ruin our weekend. All that, complimentary of Black Toyota.
On Wednesday the 19th May on a return trip to Darwin my Fuel Filter warning light come on in my VX Prado 200 kilometres from Dalby. As I was worried about travelling across the Barkley Highway with the the warning light coming on I stopped at Black Toyota in Dalby. I explained my problem and was advised if I could wait the Service Department would try and fit me in. Having two dogs in the car and a trailer I was a little worried about how long I would have to wait. However Paul assured me that they would try to change the filter as soon as possible. I was lucky enough to only have to wait an hour before it was changed. During the whole process from the front counter staff and the service department I was treated with the most respect by a very professional and dedicated staff. On Friday morning I was 100 kms from Darwin and to my surprise received a call from Rosey from the Service Department counter to make sure that I had not had any further trouble. I would like to commend all the staff that I dealt with at Black Toyota Dalby for their service.
I cannot praise this dealership highly enough. From the friendly greeting as you walk through the door to the ‘bend over backwards’ service in sales, service and finance. A beautiful gift shop is a lovely addition. Thankyou to all and well done on Management for cultivating this atmosphere for the Customer.
Friendly staff, helpful and informative even though I don't have a Toyota. Efficient service and willing to do a couple of extra checks for troublesome problems. Plenty of parking at rear of showroom.
Very disappointed with the level of customer service. Was assured that if the vehicle was brought in at a certain time 9am, then the vehicle would be ready at 3pm to the school pickup. Call the service department at 2:45pm to see if vehicle is ready and no, the vehicle is not ready as promised and no call to advise that there would be a delay. Would not recommend.
