Terrible experience took in a perfectly fine wedding gown with silk ribbon at back. The silk was so badly damaged after cleaning with burn marks and loss of sheen. It will need replacing. I have photos to prove prior to cleaning it had no damage or marks at all. The owner tried to say it was makeup or food and The stains were there already. Had to pay $390 to get my damaged dress back and more money to have fixed. Just disgusting zero stars I say.

If I could give negative stars I would. After reading the reviews on here I am no longer shocked at my experience. I took a silk Zimmerman top to be dry cleaned here and when i picked it up all of the folds in the fabric which give the garment its "look" were completely ruined! I have inserted photos. I have the same top in black and white. The black one was not dry cleaned by Daisy but the white one was and im sure you can all see what a terrible job they have done. When i explained what was wrong with it they said they would try and fix it. However this was after they accused me of having washed it as home and "dropped it off this way". When I went back to pick it up the second time the man at the front went to the back and came back to say "come back another time". As a busy person I was shocked and asked why. He said he couldnt find my top. As i got frustrated he called the manager who explained where the top was. He went and got it from the back and tried to stuff it into a bag before i could look at it. It wasn't even on a hanger! I then asked to look at it and showed him the black version of the top so he could understand what had been done. He then passed me the phone with the manager on the other line. The manager said to me that they can't fix my top. I immediately asked for the full price of the top ($360) to be reimbursed to me. He laughed and said no we won't do that we have no liability. I am disgusted! The man at the counter then said if I wanted to see the manager I would have to come in business hours. What a joke! I will be taking this further and if Daisy does not reimburse me for the full price of the top they can expect continuous social media posts. Disgraceful!!!!!!

I would give a zero if I could! Ruined my black dress and my navy blazer. Left all the shiny markings ALL OVER! Not sure what they used/did not use?!
Service is also somewhat mediocre.

WARNING!!!!! A big NOOOOO for RECOMMENDATION. 
Last time I took my pants there and it shrunk. It s a $420 pants. What I got back was an arrogant reply "mate, we wash pants up to $1000+". 
The quality of the service was NOT satisfied. 
I gave them a second chance, this time they tried to take my suit cover without me knowing. Later when I got home, I discovered my cufflings were gone too. Very shifty people here and the impression I got was they are trying to benefit all those little things as much as they can, if you are desperate for dry cleaning, make sure you take all ur accessories out and double check everything before you leave the store. Having said that, there are plenty good dry cleaning around in this areas. Google it up!!!!
