Not only are these guys the most competitive in town, they are prompt, efficient and so compassionate towards the elderly. I hired an air mattress for my dad. Steve chatted to my dad and treated him with nothing but respect as he set it up. The air mattress was not working 100 percent so I messaged Steve. He was back within hours, trouble shooting and replaced it with another mattress. He didn't leave until he was completely sure it was working OK. Their customer service is brilliant too. Polite, friendly and offer real solutions to your needs. Highly recommend.

I went in today 27/03/25 to get a moblity aid to help my elderly mum get off the toilet. The lady that served us unfortunately I didn't get her name was very nice and knowledgeable on the product we bought and she made sure that mum was comfortable using the aid before we purchased it and most importantly she was very caring and patient with my mum and she made us both feel welcome. The customer service we experienced today was 10/10 and some. I would highly recommend coming to this store.

A bit over a year ago, my heart failed me, and now I struggle in a lot of everyday living tasks.nToday, I purchased a gorgeous, comfy chair that adjusts to whatever position I want and lifts me up without my stressing my heart.nThis shop is full of marvellous aids to help if you are struggling. I even got a shower sandal ! No, not like that one a scrubber to wash my feet.nThe service is excellent nStaff are willing to share their knowledge with patrons and assist in finding just the right solutions.nI was so busy shopping i forgot to take pics except this one.
