As a whole this company doesn't care about the middle man then one that is getting payment from aged care. According to them your not the client! It's the care provided. We bought a wheelchair through the provider not to mention the wrong one was supplied. My Mum being elderly and not able to move much! The chair was plonked in her garage in a massive box. Which DLP advised the driver just delivers, took us over 2 weeks to get help.nThey just weren't interested in helpingnAfter posting marketing contacted me, I thought yay someone is listening and prepared to help... Nothing else other than their email advising they would look intonit as they don't like unhappy customers. UNHAPPY I still am as NOTHING happened and we still have a wheelchair we didn't order and can not use
My wife rang around everywhere in Perth to hire a wheelchair. Everyone expected a hefty bond payment + rental cost. One of these businesses suggested Daily Living Products. So my wife rang the Bayswater store and they said yes we could hire the wheelchair without a deposit. On top of that the rental cost was substantially less than their competitors. And they had everything ready for me, when I picked it up near closing time. Which goes to show, that there are still businesses that care about people. 5 stars but I would give 10 stars! nI think the lady's name is Wanda??? I detected a South African accent...I think

Lots of useful products. Helpful staff. Good parking.
Fantastic range of equipment for hire/sale had the wheelchair hire I phoned about ready to go quick paperwork for payment friendly customer service I highly recommend this store in Bayswater WA
