Left a dodgy wheel for puncture repair. They could have done that and given me back the wheel. However, I was contacted to ask if I would prefer to purchase a new tyre and tube since the tyre walls, having perished, caused the puncture. Awesome service. Thanks team

Incredibly poor buying experience I've bought 15 or so bikes over the years. Absolutely no advantage so far over just buying a bike online at a discounted price. Very little enthusiasm or customer focus by staff. Bike was built up but no bike fit offered. I had to prompt to get details of warranty and first service. No set up of shock sag to suit me or explanation. Kindly threw in a bottle cage when asked... but a bottle doesn't fit. Sales staff definitely letting the side down.
The reason I bought a bike from these guys was wanting to support the locals. They have vindicated my decision. Not pushy when I was 'just browsing' they knew what they were talking about, they obviously knew their stuff. They did not bad mouth any other brands or shops to get my business. Took the time to get the right bike for me. The best part was when I had some trouble with the bike after a month and their after sales service was excellent! They tuned my bike, replaced parts and even cleaned it! Great work guys, thoroughly recommended to all! Cheers, Brad. Levo XL.
We went in to see Brendon on another bike matter and we started talking about the e-bike craze. Brendon got me on one and a month down the track have just purchased two from them. Great to get awesome service from a locally owned business. Thanks Brendon, Angie and team.
These guys are awesome, Over on holidays from the mainland Aus frame broke on my Fuse. With plans to ride the Ghost rode 4 days laters. Brendan got a new frame and did the swap over in two days with no notice!!!! what a guy! I may be crazy, but the new frame is riding better, shifting cleaner, Great install, great service, thanks guys!!!
I went to talk to Peter and the team about e-bikes as I have a Trek belt drive at the moment. I was very impressed with the complete product range and his helpful advice was fantastic. I can see why people are fans of the Cycle World Team... while I was there I got to watch the customer service for all these other customers and was really impressed... the team here are well worth checking out.
A great team who are very knowledgeable and more than willing to help you find the gear you need. Were very helpful in sorting out a replacement helmet and pricing parts for my bike - a brand of which they do not actually stock.
My Bottom Bracket came loose and was impossible for me to repair on the road, Cycle World were fantastic and slipped my repair into their very busy workshop schedule at very short notice. Thank you.
