Turnaround time is well more than a month, products are manufactured overseas and repackaged and resold by seller, might as well order it from Alibaba and pay a fraction of the cost with all of the inconvenience of ordering from China.

Terrible and Misleading - DO NOT ORDER!!!!
Chose this product for the style and design. 
I received my order (which is lucky considering other reviews) however the Style/Font of the text is not the same as what was shown on the web site. Also I ordered 2 collars with phone numbers and only one has a phone number. 
Have tried to resolve this problem with them, but they aren't interested in helping. I have made official complaints to government authorities.

Extremely poor service. Waited 3 months to receive the collar, which had the incorrect phone number on it. No apologies were made.

Ordered cat collar online, waited 3 weeks and had received and heard nothing so i contacted customer support who advised me that my order had just arrived in today and would now be posted to me. I thought this was strange seeing as it had arrived the same day i contacted them but anyway I received the item just yesterday which was 1 week after speaking to customer support and its quite nice, looks like it does online. However i would be skeptical about ordering from them again due to the reviews below and the long wait

I ordered a collar that was described as ‘plush cotton canvas’. It turned out to be cotton on the OUTSIDE only and nylon on the inside – not very helpful for dogs with sensitive skin.  I had to wait five weeks for the collar and I didn’t even want embroidery on it! They were quite rude when I said the description was misleading. I would never buy from them again.
