Not sure if this is the same Crystal Jade restaurant chain in Asia. We normally have good expectation but this is about average.

We had dim sum lunch, to me only the steam pork ribs is delicious, the plain  cheong fun is, well plain and not prepare like Cantonese style. Porridge is nice but the rest of the dim sum is just average.

Service is good with patient explanation, and ambience is nice. Feels like almost in Asia as everyone speaks Chinese or Cantonese!

I was a regular customer. Had a very bad experience with the actual weight of lobster they sell. We had 6 people and order a bigger lobster to have two styles of cooking. The mistake we made is we trusted the waiter on the weighing. The lobster came out so small to be 1.8kg, we barely tasted a few bites. It's so embarrassing in front of my friends. Never going back. There's plenty of better restaurant in Chinatown. Very disappointed. They don't really care about customer feedback.

First and last time there. Definitely would not recommend. We had yum cha on a Friday lunchtime, we had one hour limit, and the food was very average, we walked out disappointed..

Like their food, and it is always busy. Do make reservation and plan ahead. Ensure be there on time, since they usually allow 1 hour dinning duration only.

Crystal jade yummy yum cha. Lots of dumpling. Jasmine tea best. Mahyo want more! Crystal jade helped save us from the rain. Silly person kept opening windy door with umbrella. Stay out of the sensorr
