Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar

Tried the vegan smokey pulled jack fruit pizza and vegan garlic bread. The pizza was overloaded and the flavour wasn’t great. The garlic bread was under cooked. I was very disappointed. The customer service was good though.

The pizza was absolutely scrupulous and I let Neigh know it was my wife and I wedding anniversary and Sam must have amazing hearing as we picked up the pizza we were greeted with a happy surprised Anniversary and when we got home and opened up our anniversary pizza, inside it had written happy anniversary and the pizza was absolutely scrupulous and I even gave the store a call and spoke with Sam and thanked him and the team for there professional service with genuine care along with the 10 out of 10 Pizza. Worst pasta meal ever!! How on earth do you get crunchy pasta carbonara. I actually vomited after eating it. Which I only ate as I was hungry. There was no flavour and it was very dry. For $13 I could only give 1 star. Will never order again. Couldn't taste the cheese either, so bland and hardly any mushrooms or bacon.

This would have to be the worst food i have wasted my money on in years. Beyond disappointed is an understatement. This was the first time I have ordered from Crust in Beldon and will be the last. The pizza was not only flavourless with minimal topping, the dough was not even cooked. The pasta was ridiculously bland, needless to say we couldn't even finish our meal it was that dreadful. In hindsight, I should have read your reviews before wasting my time as clearly no lessons have been learnt by this business that proclaims 100% quality customer service. I have paid for a service that has utterly failed on its delivery. Appalling.

Crust, what has happened to you? When I first tried you it was bundles of luxurious topping in wonderful, new flavour combos. Now it feels and looks more like a slightly up market dominoes, with sleek branding. The pizza was tasty but at all not generous in its size for an "XL", two regular adult eaters and no left overs. The $10 salad below was bereft of any generosity, no mixing and just basic ingredients, again an "XL" - it would have been fine as a side salad with a parmi but as a stand alone item it needs more volume and elevating. The Crust brand is one I will not revisit and I will look for my pizza fix from a local joint in the future. Goodbye Crust.

Terrible customer service. Didn’t have the dessert I ordered and paid for online. I called the store and was told they cant do partial refunds, so I’ve paid for something I haven’t received. Total rip off. Plus the pizza was very average. I won’t be ordering again. In response to your reply below: As I explained on the phone, the dessert you offered and I returned with your delivery driver wasn’t suitable for my children’s allergies, and I won’t be ordering from you again so why would I want a store credit. I’ve paid for something and you haven’t delivered it so you should refund it.

We normally get pick up from Carine which is absolute perfection every time but tonight we decided to get delivery which forces us to order from Beldon. Will never be getting delivery again. Garlic bread undercooked, pizza cold and 30 minutes late and had about 1/4 of the usual toppings. The food was overall ok but a big disappointment compared to what we are used to. I hope anyone who has only experienced Crust from this store tries it from somewhere else and does not let this store taint your experience of the franchise.

Peri Peri Chicken was really tasty. I can always rely on crust for a good meal, it will never dissapoint.

Waited for one and half hours for our delivery, on arrival the food was cold , bolognese was cold & vile tomatoes used for sauce had black bits on them looked like dirt ! The garlic bread was lukewarm and extremely greasy only one pizza of the order was actually warm, will never buy from this place again! Extremely disappointing!

Ordered pepperoni pizza and paid for extra pepperoni which wasn’t on there as well as paid for pineapple to be added which was dumped on top raw. Attempted one piece and then binned the whole pizza. Absolutely disgusting!
