The Crowne Plaza took care of our wedding party this weekend. We had an absolutely amazing experience. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The One Bedroom Suite was the perfect size for a small wedding party 6 people getting ready plus stylist. The service was brilliant. They catered our extra requests perfectly, including delivering extra chairs to the room, providing additional coffee pods, sending deliveries and guests up to the room, and assisting us with transporting luggage to our vehicle after we had checked out. No request was left unfulfilled, and it really made our wedding experience easy and low-stress. The pool was delightful as well.

Fantastic location and facilities at the Crowne Plaza Adelaide. We were welcome promptly at Reception and customer service was exceptional. Room facilities and bar were also up to the normal CP standard. However, I must note that listed in the facilities is a heated outdoor pool. On our stay this was definitely not the case and pool water was matching the temperature outside.  I hope if we stay again, I will be able to enjoy this pool experience a little better.

Wonderful accommodation and staff are very helpful and friendly. I had stayed here for a couple of days and a particular staff member Jennifer would greet myself at breakfast and would remember my name and other guests. Gave the tour of breakfast amenities with a big smile and happy attitude. Was a really lovely way to start the morning with that type of interaction. Highly recommend staying here just for the customer service alone

We recently spent a week at the Crowne and we were very impressed with its product offering. The room itself was clean, neat and tidy. The customer service provided by the entire team was exceptional. From remembering breakfast omelette orders to loaning charging equipment for IT devices, the staff always went above and beyond what would reasonably be expected. We highly recommend!

Super location. Super nice inside and room was spacious and clean. Very well thought out. Bed super comfy.  Staff were above and beyond. Really polite and helpful.  Pool area really cool. We ate dinner by pool and burger was great. Tap beer excellent.  Close to the mall and the university area. Pubs, coffee shops dotted everywhere.  We had the room with 2 doubles. Super.  Would stay again in a heartbeat. Well done.

New hotel, very modern.  Room size was great, very clean.  Water pressure and temperature could be a bit better.  Comfy bed, good pillows!  Only con was that barista coffee was not included in buffet breakfast, for the price I feel like it should be.  Would stay here again.
