Recently moved my household from Wellington to Auckland. At all phases of the operation - the Crown people were highly communicative and helpful. The packing and unpacking teams were great guys - careful. All went effortlessly with household belongings turning up in Auckland 2 days later and in very good order. Was very happy with the way everything went. I've used Crown before .. they didn't disappoint this time around and I will definitely use again in the future ! Best wishes and thanks. Brent

Do not use this company if you are moving to or from Auckland. They are unreliable, careless with your belongings and don't communicate with you or themselves. They broke a lamp within minutes of arriving in Auckland and hid it in the rubbish. They had a lazy 2nd day with endless breaks lying in the shade. They rushed on the third day and threw things in boxes unwrapped. One box containing random items had a completely glass large circular clock and 4 framed, glass fronted pictures thrown inside with no wrapping. Luckily coats in the boxes provided cushioning. We had lots of breakages, shoe racks that were too bent to fit back together, a children's drawing table with a broken leg, pedestal fan with crushed legs to name a few. We opted for a shared 2nd container for non essential items that we wouldn't need for the first few weeks. They packed our beds, clothes, sofas, televisions and much more in the 2nd container and didn't tell us that we wouldn't have beds until 15 minutes before the container arrived in Nelson, after we had checked out of our hotel. I would not recommend this company if Auckland is part of your move. The Nelson end were informative, friendly and efficient.

We used Crown to move from Palmerston North to Auckland. Throughout the whole process, communication was clear and helpful. The teams at each end were lovely and efficiently packed our house up. Nothing was damaged or missing. I would definitely use Crown again.

Terrible service, they promised us it will arrive within 8 weeks so we decide to move lots of stuff for our baby due to be born about 10 weeks later, but after 9 weeks they still said they will arrange a date for us and can't give a date. It means that we have to buy all the new things for the baby and wasted the money to move the old stuff. Their sales person told us 6-8 weeks, and now they are just kicking the ball, I called their Australia company and they told us because I was told 6-8 weeks so I should call their New Zealand company, and when I call their New Zealand company they told us the file is no longer belongs to them and I should call their AU company... Before they charge the money they promised everything but after they charged your money what you got is just the terrible customer service.

Crown moved my Pilates Reformer machine from Wellington to Auckland, they made the whole move process so easy. Crown took great care with my reformer and I will definitely be using them to move more of my items in the near future. Great work Crown, you make moving a breeze!
