Absolutely disgusting customer service one man jobs and expect the customer to help lift air conditioning units. Don’t believe their installation days or times nothing gels with this company you will hear sob stories about their workers poor us ! (Stop working them so hard ) take your business elsewhere

AVOID this company. Nice sales guy, Giuseppe, but installation of top-model airconditioner was VERY unprofessional, the installation guy even turned up on the WRONG DAY. Installation was quoted as being "5-10 days" - I had to chase them up after about 10 days to see what was happening, at which point the sales team said they were not sure how long it would take, in reality! Was also sold on the fact they had an in-house warranty included. Nope. This is just a manufacturer warranty that they will CHARGE A SERVICE FEE ON ANYWAY.

Had Crown service Daikin air con (leak in gas) and routinely check-over Wombat heater. Very pleased with thoroughness of work. R Weiher

A friend of mine suggested I call Joe Todaro the owner of Crown Airconditioning about my heating and cooling issues. Joe personally visited my unit and suggested a Daiken split system for my living room with the compressor thingy located in the garage. Good idea as those outdoor fan things are pretty ugly. Installed within a couple of days and working perfectly.
