Customer service is second to none. They are very accommodating. Explained everything dentist was doing throughout procedure, highly professional with all the technology. I got Zoom whitening via Groupon and it whitened maybe one shade, first time I try Zoom, it's about same result I got from salon type so that was little disappointing but nothing to do with Crown Dental and more Zoom and my teeth of course., plus I feel happy knowing it's safer. Thanks, lovely experience, I recommend, will return.

Best dentist I've found. Extremely gentle and caring. Explained everything. Talked me through the procedure both before and during. Used anaesthetic gel prior to the injection - no pain. Very clean, modern clinic with the most up-to-date technology. Highly recommended.

More concerned about getting money off you than treating your dental issues. Even their response to my honest review contains an untruthful version of what actually transpired. I saw another dentist and everything was done professionally without any drama. Regret that I encountered Crown Dental Surgery through Groupon promotion. Explains why they need to continuously promote themselves via Groupon - probably do not get much repeat business.

great experience, jay was in detail with all options of my tooth, travel to chatswood is far for western customers but this is definitely worth it, kind and friendly service affordable pricing.

When he heard I am getting a second opinion from a different dentist, refused to give me copies of my X-rays (although I paid good money for it) saying its against the rules which is utter rubbish. He didnt even send my X-Ray to my current dentist when he said he will. Will take the matter to the Australian Dental Association
