Everyone is welcomed no matter what your experience. All coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. Members ensure that everyone is welcomed. Definitely worth popping in seeing what’s all about.

A great and fun environment to work out in. The coaches are all knowledgeable, encouraging and helpful when it comes to learning the technical  movements. I've made some good friends and had a lot of laughs so far. I would recommend giving this place a shot if you want to better yourself physically, socially and mentally.

Local, friendly community gym. No egos, no mirrors, just hard working coaches and members doing it for the love of it! Highly recommend

CFP has such a great atmosphere. The coaches are super nice and supportive as are all the members. Highly recommend.
