Awesome place to train. Coaches are great, owners are constantly upgrading equipment, workouts are varied, there is a strong emphasis on setting goals and progressing. Great for doing the fitness.

Very welcoming non-intimidating gym suitable for many different levels of fitness. Good even spilt of male/female. Friendly coaches. Recommend by a fat fifty-year old who feels very welcome there but there are also very very fit people in the crew.
