I just got my workout plan done by Joanna and she is amazing! The best instructor I ever had. Thanks Joanna! I love the gym facility, staff are friendly, the facility is very clean, and the equipment are pretty good. Fitness class are great, I am enjoying more each time I attend!

Wow talk about some negative attitudes.. staff are on some power trip for sure. Managers , friendly advice, look into running some , saying no with grace training. it'll go a long way

You try calling the centre no one picks up. Very frustrating. What type of business doesn't pick up phone calls.

Outdoor pool is great! Nice to get laps in. Just avoid kids in the walking lane. Sometimes they drift out.

Love this gym. Great facilities with really friendly, accommodating staff.
