Traditional Gym never worked for me than I came across CrossFit Craigieburn page on FB. Moment I strolled down the page I had a feeling this is the one for me it will work for me. I was bit hesitant to join the gym because of my fitness level but at CrossFit Craigieburn I was welcomed. Apart from coaches other team members also make sure that you are comfortable. Started to love the work out especially CrossFit classes

Even if your a beginner the staff at crossfit craigieburn will help you achieve your goals. Class times to suit anybody. One on one coaching even in a class enviroment.
