Even before I walked into the gym, having Lisa reach out to me and invite my hubby and I to basic training to see if we liked the box made me feel so great! It was right then and there that i knew this would be the best place for us - everyone I have met has been encouraging and full of life. The coaches are 100% some of my favorite people, catering each workout to suit me and where I am at with my fitness. It is the place I come to be better, and to get stronger mentally and physically! You can't help but freaking love it!

The best place I have ever worked out. In my life. The staff here are out of this world supportive, experienced, passionate about their jobs and will always push you past the limits you thought you had. You will redefine your idea of fitness and the people you train with will become your friends. One of the best decisions I have ever made for myself was to join Crossfit Auckland. Extremely highly recommended, you wont regret it.
