Creative Dance for children is a fun and an inspiring way to keep their bodies fit and strong.
Yoga is an integral part in the creative dance process and improves the body-mind connection.
In our fast, technology driven world it is important that children are given space to use their imagination. In my creative dance classes, children are encouraged to extend their movement vocabulary guided by thematic, visual and aural stimuli.
Children form body structures in space, they create dance shapes and they interact with one another in a non-competitive, supportive environment.

Children learn to respect and listen to one another in a caring and supportive space.

Yoga postures are integrated into each dance class and through this process children develop new ways to move.
