Don’t go here if you want to save your time and efforts. I had an accident and I wanted to get my car repaired ASAP. I called many crash repairs to get appointment and on phone Crash 2000 team told me that they will take my car in within 3 weeks. I went there and book for assessment by insurance and once everything was authorised to repair they said we can’t take you in within 3 weeks and we ll book you at the end of April. Upon asking the ownerAldo he says he is a soft hearted so that’s why he thought of helping me to book early but when it came to help actually he just back off and said go somewhere else if you want to get it done early after wasting my precious 1 month. It is not professional at all. You have to say yes or no in profession rather than making assumptions on the basis of your heart softness. Left my car there waited for weeks and still got my car in the same condition which actually wasted my money to come in and go and very valuable time. If I would have gone somewhere else who’s more professional I would have got my car repaired till now. I do suggest to think wisely before choosing your crash repairs especially when its like Crash 2000.

They have fixed 2 cars for me so far , went back a third time , after getting messed ar by insurance , they took thier time . The crew replaced the rear 1/4 on my car and you can't even tell . It looks like the day it rolled out of the factory.. colour matched and painted perfect. They polished the whole car . I put it on the hoist you couldn't fault it top to bottom.Service: Painting

As soon as I parked my car in the workshop for a quote I was impressed. Cleanest, tidiest workshop I have ever seen. The service from Aldo and staff from the first phone call through to collecting the car has been outstanding. They had a few issues to deal with regarding insurance companies and always kept me informed. When I collected the car I was again impressed. Quality of work is outstanding. I hope I never have to take another vehicle to them, but if I am ever in need of a crash repair in Adelaide my vehicle will definitely be going to Crash 2000. One very happy customer.
Crash 2000 repaired my car to a perfect level. The repair went down the whole drivers side. You can't tell that's it's been repainted! Fantastic crash shop, RAA approved and highly recommend.
