Don't Bother with this Mob. They've shut down and any repairs through him, goes to Lonsdale. No real thought went in to alternative sources for repairs in local area..
Wouldn’t recommend. Took my vt in for a cut out problem.. changed lead and plugs costing 330 then still cutting out. Fitted a box to computer to give more watts costing 140. Still cutting out. Called multiple time left messages with no reply. Very unprofessional went coming to reply or fixing the real problem.
Phoned around and found Rob at Adelaide Auto Gas competitive and most experienced compard to the rest. Dealing with him is great. The car came in running like a pig, comes out purring like it did back in the day. Recommend them anytime.
I have never seen any more responsible and professional mechanic ever in my life of driving many cars! I did my Ford Falcon's recertification there, did a change of coil packs and other services on my car. Rob explains every single thing to bits! It cannot be any more transparent and professionally managed! The vacuum elbow had a leak, fixed it the first time, had another issue returned it, this time Rob patiently made the most accurate diagnosis before throwing me into huge costs like many other mechanics out there! Even talking to Rob and getting advice from him is priceless! Extremely reasonable prices, incomparably excellent communication and customer care! Thanks Rob and the team!
Rob solved most of the stalling, rough idle and cold running problems I had with a BF Falcon dedicated LPG with a simple LPG service. He then explained what to look for in the future, and what might be done as well - not touting for work, he suggested any radiator expert could do the flush to help the converter heat up a bit more. Prompt, got me in the day after my enquiry. Totally recommended, try Rob first, there is no point looking any further, he has the answers, the knowledge and great pricing. He is honest, and a real car guy to boot.
Always great service and professional work with polite and detailed advice been going to see rob for years and wouldn't take my car anywhere else another plus is his reasonable rates
