Worst and nosiest library ever. Staff do not take responsibility when told about someone being a nuisance and loud. Went there to study but noise ruined it. Sigh...

Can't concentrate in this library, the staffs are talking so loud between them, couple of times went to this library, but they are the same. 

I don't know why the council is not taking serious this is an issue in public library

Good services &  facilities- although I would have expected more friendly customer service over the phone.
It could have taken her less time to answer my quick question than placing me back on hold saying "We are busy ,would you mind being placed back on hold."  ....Would have preferred the phone to have rung out instead considering you are busy !
