Libraries are such a treasure for everyone. There is so much to learn and know inside a library. It is the temple of knowledge.nAnd the one in Cranbourne is really good. With a huge collection and a big building, it provides such a peaceful community experience.nnEven those who don't feel like reading will pick up something to read once you enter.nnAbove all, the library is most beneficial for children whose thirst of knowledge and the flame of curiosity should be kept burning forever!

All my interactions with the staff here have been faultless. They really know how to give excellent customer service, and with a smile too at no extra cost.nWhere Cranbourne Library falls down is the sheer lack of respect for other patrons from the oblivious patrons themselves.nWhatever happened to the days when one could visit their local library, for some relaxing quiet time with their favourite novel, magazine or the daily newspaper?nOne expects the place to be somewhat noisier once the children get out of school, but the inconsiderate noisy lot on this occasion were adults.nPeople conducting business over the phone as if it were their office. One even had the temerity to conduct his conversation over speaker phone for all to hear.nTake a hint. We of the old school with manners still in tact, would much rather you take your phone call outside and leave us in peace.

I have been a member of this library for over 10 years and have found it to be excellent in many ways.nThe staff are most helpful and friendly.nThe books are constantly updated and the variety of magazines on offer is most impressive.nThe ambience is restful as befitting a library and comfortable seating makes reading a pleasure.nCranbourne is indeed fortunate to have this treasure on offer to its community.nnDr Derek Sequeira

Ladies there are very helpful especially when. It comes to finding a computer and any technical issue that come up .nReally good as they also have art shown there sometimes .
