The library is very community-friendly.nThey offer free tutoring programs and book clubs.nI appreciate the thought put into the children’s area.nIt feels welcoming for all age groups.nBooks are usually available or easy to request.nThe staff is knowledgeable but never overbearing.nGreat atmosphere overall.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The new digital memory station is terrific. I spent a couple of hours transferring home video into MP3. A fantastic addition to Connected Libraries facilities.

There are not many mainstream books offered. Staff never greeted me. Just asked me to leave 1 minute before closing. No one made an announcement 30 or 15 minutes before CLOSING like other libraries. Short opening hours compared to other libraries kills the opportunity for volunteers to work. Too noisy & too many distractions with no quiet space. Come on Mayor & Cranbournean! You have so much power & are strong enough in diversity to IMPROVE THE FACILITIES.

I had a very pleasant experience coming here for the first time. Laura assisted me in converting my web account into a full membership and went out of her way to make sure I can hold of the item i urgently needed for this weekend. She’s also very kind and got a smile on her face and made me feel comfortable. Really appreciate you Laura and I hope you can read this.

My granddaughter goes to toddler time on Tuesdays during school term. She absolutely loves the singing story time and bubbles.
