We were referred to Cramer Design through family and have not been disappointed. We are adding a second level to a replica Victorian terrace, and Dan has helped us maximise the space and achieve a stunning modern design while dealing with a challenging council approval process. We are grateful that the team managed the council approval process, as it was long, drawn out and at times frustrating to get across the line. After that, working with Donna on the interior design was lovely and we’re looking forward to moving into the building phase next year. A big thank you to Dan, Donna and Patrick for all of the work to get to this point.
I am a registered builder in the industry for 35 years. I was referred to Dan Cramer through a real estate advocate who helped me find a property to build my future house on. After my first meeting with Dan and viewing his work portfolio I knew I need look no further. Both his service and the quality of his designs were outstanding ! Dan and his team listened carefully to my needs and concerns, then created a magnificent design maximizing the use of the land I purchased to build my dream home. Their knowledge of modern building products and practices met all my expectations. Highly recommended .
It has been really pleasure working with Cramer Design, they have been absolutely very professional and courteous, clearing working with us to understand us well and delivered an absolute architectural piece, which we are delighted to see. Working with Dan was great he was really genuine, honest and looking forward to working with them in the future.
It was such a pleasure to work with Dan in designing 2 townhouses for our block in Highett. Dan listened, advised and designed exactly what we wanted and was always available through out the entire build for consultation and advice. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I couldn't recommend Dan more highly to anyone considering an architecturally designed home.. Dan's wife Donna also styled the townhouse we sold and again so thoughtful and professional and a pleasure to work with.
It was a pleasure to work with Dan and Donna on the design of our new home in Bentleigh East. We engaged Cramer Design for full working drawings and interior design and throughout the whole process they were very professional and knowledgeable. During the documentation stage their help in engaging consultants building survey, energy rating, soil report etc. was invaluable. They also assisted us with builder and supplier recommendations. Throughout the building process they were always available for advice and to make any changes required to the plans. The quality of their work was amazing and the architectural and interior designs they delivered for us are both innovative and practical. We would not hesitate in recommending Cramer Design.
What can I say, we are downsizers and have the house of our dreams thanks to Dan and his team. We have been in our house for a year now and couldn’t be happier.. Dan and his wife Donna have an eye for detail. During construction Dan was only a phone call away whenever issues arose with our builder. Donna was amazing when it came to choosing the internal finishes.. her choice of finishes and colour scheme made the whole process a lot easier.
