Pretty good normally. We go relatively frequently. Sometimes like today they just don't taste as good as they do other times. So consistency?
There are many flavours to choose from both in the 'sweet' or 'savory' categories. The price is very high, though. $10 for a crepe isn't nothing. Worth it for a treat, perhaps.
