This place is absolutely joke. This is the place of bait for customer. they quoted me 410 and he added me extra 125 dollars absolutely ripoff. I wish I could give them 0 star. I recommend no one to go there to be ripped off. Total inhuman and unprofessional.

I'm perfectly happy with my experience using these mechanics for the first time. Prices seem very inline with everything else down here (I always ring around for quotes). They were friendly, flexible and got the job done quite quickly. Car feels lovely to drive again.

So I booked my car in for a "service" and ask them to do a "check over" of my car and then give me a list of what needed to be done 7 hours later my partner went to pick up the car instead of being $230 for a service we had a nice Christmas gift of $567.50 with new parts put in that we didn't authorise and the parts that where replaced didn't improve the cars performance and their customer service was disgraceful my partner being treated like she was nothing was the pretty bow on this present. I will never be using this mechanic again and I highly recommend that people choose another mechanic if the don't want a present like this for Christmas.

Extremely Happy customer, Car was serviced well and the mechanic was very knowledgeable and has very good customer service. I highly Recommend going to Coventry Mechanical Service.
