ABSOLUTELY APPALLED WITH THE SERVICE!!
 six months ago I spent $25000.00 on a car that we later found out had been in a serious crash and we had not been told about it. however to late to do anything about it and buyer beware I accept that.
 However part of the deal was 'free warrant of fitness for life', in which they were to supply a courtesy car, do the warrant and return the car, what actually happened was they took the car on the understanding that it was to be returned by 5pm for the kids pick up, it wasn't!! and we had to ring them to see what the hell was going on they said it had failed the warrant [ill get to that next] so they had held on to it and tried ringing me several times, this despite my wife having given them her number at least three times because I now have a different number and they have contacted us on this number before.
 So failing the warrant was for a fault in the park lights, I checked they are all working absolutely fine, they failed it on a number plate light was out, I pulled the cover off, put the bulb back in which had slipped out and now it goes, literally a 30 second fix, the third thing the failed it on was not having the spare tyre securely strapped down, in the boot, check the legislation you plonkers that only applies on hatchbacks, station wagons and if the tyre is on the back of a ute. e.g capable of coming loose in a crash and injuring someone in the vehicle, so as long as your kids aren't travelling in the boot you should be fine!
 The final note is, when the vehicle was returned an hour after school pick up, the kids car seats had all been removed and then just stuffed back in the backseat, there was rubbish left on the floor!! some fat bastard likes Turkish delights! And now there is no answer on any of their listed numbers including their after hours number.
 So in short I will NEVER do business with courtesy ford Levin again and recommend that nobody else does either.
