If there was zero star I would give zero star. The worst delivery company ever. I live in CBD for 6 years and I never received my parcel properly by this company. I have to go to city depot to grab by myself. It’s so inconvenient because untrained deliverers are lazy and unresponsive. On 22 of May I was at home the whole morning. When I got at the lobby of my building I found a card with "Sorry we missed you". This mean that courier got into the building, got into the lobby and left a card in my letter box, but not a parcel on the shelf designated for parcels in the lobby? What is your problem people? I am getting parcels almost weekly, but the only problem I get is with you, your services and with your shockingly lousy couriers. And then I have to waist my time and money and I have to go to pick up my parcel at your office. Just check extremely bad reviews on Google about your services and default answers from management in style "We are very sorry to hear...". Do not be sorry! Do something about your services.
If I could give it a zero I would, have had a valuable guitar on overnight courier sitting in this depot for 7 days, they just keep scanning it and not sending it out, can't call them, email response is 5 days, utterly useless
Couriers see a package requires signature and don't even bother knocking. They claim they attempt delivery yet I've seen couriers pull up out front, take a pic of the letter box and drive away. Complete waste of money paying for shipping when they don't bother actually deliverying. And then trying to talk to someone to go pick it up is nearly impossible. No phone numbers on the site, the parcel tracker gives no info of next steps to retrieve the parcel, and maybe they don't even leave a calling card for next steps. Absolutely awful experience.
Parcel says delivered, hasn't been delivered to my address cannot get hold of anyone to find out where my parcel is! I'd give no stars if I could. Pathetic
I rang to get a courier to pick up a package that had been dropped off at the wrong address three times . The package sat at my front door for three days and no one picked it up so I rang the person to come and get it . NOT happy with how it was handled
"Unable to deliver parcel", however owner has security cameras around her house and can see that there has been no attempt to deliver parcel. Just lazy incompetent drivers not doing their jobs.
I have been trying to get my parcel delivered for over a week now! They kept saying business is closed when I have never had any problem getting other parcels delivered before... I called the call centre to have instructions added a couple of days after this happened to say I wanted it left at the front door but still the driver kept taking it back to the depot as the business was apparently closed. I then called up again a week later to get it redirected to my house yet it still kept getting put on the courier to the original address... Very poor communication and I am still waiting for it to be delivered.
Poor service, what's the point of paying and booking a courier service, if the service is not provided in a timely manner. An overseas parcel has arrived and has been sitting in their East tamaki depot for a week with no update and no delivery. It's 5 mins drive from my place but they wouldn't allow pickup, on contacting, customer care has now informed to expect delivery sometime next week, really! what a joke.
Just plain bad service. The object of using a courier service is speed & reliability, what has happened to that ? Parcels are continually misdirected & can take weeks to be delivered Nobody here cares at all about the customer or understands that a courier service should be quick. Delayed & lost deliveries financially hurt the customer & they do not care. If a parcel is tracked, how then does it get lost. "Use courier post at your peril", this is a government department with no customer service.
Unable to delivery parcel, but last scanned was in the depot. Parcel had company name on as well, but was not delivered. Asked if i could collect the parcel from the wiri depot and i was told no, as they dont allow public access. Be careful using NZpost especially this depot
