This week 24 box of export gold 38$ been in 3 times no 24 packs on the shelves but plenty of 12 packs for 28$ this is not a one off they do this all the time at this store starting to get very suspicious of this as I feel I'm getting tempted into the store with a special they do not provide ..but they provide the exact same alternative at a higher cost and I'm not alone in this though as I've heard others complain about the same thing.if your going to advertise a special you need to provide it.. not the more expensive alternative

This market has very few people on checkout duty the wait time is looonnggg.nIt may be cheaper but the cost to the customer is your time is not important.
Today,Sunday 8/12/24 at 8.05am disgusting Customer Service from the Islander Lady on Self Checkout duty,I asked her where the Paper Bags were and she couldn’t be bothered to even speak or point,just nodded her head in a direction,no smile,nothing.Totally disinterested,obviously doesn’t want to be there on a Sunday morning. 0 stars for her.She wasn’t much better with the chap next to me either.
20 Minute Queue for a $0.24 OnionnnWent in to grab one Onion for my dish which I forgot.nI had the exact change, a 20c piece, grabbed my onion and headed for the checkouts.nThey only had 2 checkouts operating, and NOT the express lane for fewer than 12 items which is usually closed.nThe queue was very long and the operator waited many minutes for a supervisor for the alcohol being purchased by some shoppers.nAfter making everyone wait for so long, the operator had the nerve to ask if I wanted to hand over my loyalty card, for what purpose? The onion wasn't on promo and would not yield any reward points.nnCountdown Redwoodtown need to invest in more checkout operators, and keep the Express Lane open for people who only have a few items.nnReceipt Number: 62992120061568070924
