Lucky to get 1 star. The staff are so rude, I asked for help scanning my 1 card from my phone, she snapped and told me to go to another check out that it can't be done in self service. She wouldn't even put my numbers in. This isn't the first time experiencing their bad attitudes
First time shopping there. It is the closest to mew home. Big store, well stocked to the point of having to ask where a couple of items were. Two online shopping trolleys blocked one aisle. These need to remain behind each other. Otherwise great savings Staff always ask how ya day is going- nice Look out for trolley of marked goods. Ysually a bargain tk be had, due to ripped packaging or some minor discrepancy
Amazingggg also has reallly good grapess! Ahah and really good when they have half off which they do alott
I have to say I much prefer the Springlands Countdown to this one but is adequate if you just need very basic items.
Just purchased these like 15 minutes ago and I open up the punet and find that the biggest strawberry is really mouldy this is not the first time with this issue in the last week I'm highly disappointed

I've shopped Countdown Redwood Town for the last five years and find the staff helpful and am satisfied with the choice of produce rain hail or fine.
Seams a lot of supermarkets under pressure to keep shelves stocked.
Never have what I need. Shelves bare. Not user friendly.
We are regulars shopping weekly at Countdown Redwoodtown. This week checkout let them down. 1 checkout. 2 itroeys in front. 3 at back of us. When asked staff at self service was told "I only work here. I'm not the boss. Felt sorry for the young guy doing his best as only checkout. Nearly left our groceries to shop elswhere.
