Stock levels a bit disappointing. I went in for a pack of coat hangers and they only had one pack in stock, so unable to by the two packs I needed.

Beware of a good deal here. Bought some salmon at a reduced price, still well within best before date, when we opened it we nearly passed out from the stench. Fish had a slimy film on it and had clearly gone off. $14 down the drain..... certainly not "fresh" New Zealand salmon....
Wish they sold bluff oysters, there have nz Pacific, and Clevedon organic farmed oysters and they are so good. Good price for all other goods, and outside are most other shops, cafe, banks, great new shopping centre

No stock there, when asked staff for help they didn't want to help. DONT GO HERE
I bought some Pink Lady apples and they were off in the middle. Silly mistake of mine. I used to work in Apple Industry. At this time of the year Nov all NZ apples are nearly 1 year old. The best are exported. Countdown kindly refunded my money. Shop is great but the footpath outside is so rough your trolley turns your cream into whipped cream. Lol.
Shelves are always empty. Prices have skyrocketed and quality is getting lower and lower
Very good. Nice big store. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We usually do a click and collect, and they are really decent at providing me with very close alternatives. There has been. Couple of times we asked for help to load my heavily pregnant wife into he car, but hey didn't help which was rather annoying. But decent enough
