Well stocked grocery to get your last minute gifts to bring home or be your first stop after arriving. Spacious parking, lots of fresh produce to choose from. Apparently free fruits for kids are a thing here, neat!. They do have self checkout kiosks, the cashiers are there too and they’re nice.
Why have all the craft beer on a shelf warm? And zero % beer in the cooler. Craft beer needs to be kept refrigerated ‍
Unfortunately, I had to change my review. After the issues with the DunedIn stores, I would have thought that Countdown would have learned their lesson. The sight of this Dele with open food whilst not being open shows contempt. I asked three times about this and it was only when a guy walked in coughing a bit that it was opened.nnSimply not good enough.
Easy parking came what I want I got what I need in 5 mins . Great location before you departure on international flight with Budget airline .
I am so annoyed at this count down and the workers I was talking to.I had called them to ask if they had a item before coming to the store to save me driving such a long way from home if they didn’t have it, and they said over the phone they had the item I had been searching for.I got to countdown and seen there was nothing on the shelf that I wanted so I went to ask someone if they could help me and they insisted I looked down another isle and there was still nothing there,I then went back to her and said I called and the person on the phone said there were some and said just said “oh okay” I then said so who do I talk to? She then said “I just transferred your call” and I said yeah to who? So I can ask them about the item and she just said “i don’t know I just transferred your call”.Its so unprofessional I don’t understand why people work there if they don’t even know what they are doing,if I could I’ll give this no stars.Pathetic.
