Very bad and disappointing experience. Sent stained cushions that looked like it had been sitting in the warehouse for a long time. Would not refund the shipping when I sent them back as they spot cleaned the cushions so they were not faulty anymore?? Gave me a $10.00 credit for future purchase. As if I will ever use them again. Very slow response time and they do not answer all emails. I asked for a number so I could speak with someone. Just got ignored. They do not respond with a name so you do not know who your talking to. Do not use this company!!!

Customer service is extremely terrible and very slow in response. After multiple email requests for the tracking number it was not provided to me. Postage was via snail mail, I received my items almost 4 weeks after placing my order - I was stressing that I got scammed and lost my money!! However, I did received the correct items in the end and the quality was excellent as expected for the brands I purchased.

I am using Cottonbox Kids Aviator design. It is really cool and feel very cozy / comfy in my room. I like their customer service and quality......

My order arrived on time and well packaged. The bedspread I purchased (Chelsea Cream Chenille Queen size bedspread is an utter disgrace.) I realise this is not the fault of Cottonbox for they didn't manufacture it. I washed the bedspread as directed and it shed cotton fluff everywhere. When it dried and I shook it, fluff went everywhere. I then washed it again - same thing - same result. I have fluff from one end of the house to the other plus out around the clothesline. As I child I remember having chenille bedspreads and dressing gowns. They were nothing like this rubbish but then they weren't made in China either. I strongly suggest Cottonbox delete this dreadful item from their inventory and I would be surprised if they haven't received numerous complaints on this item. I have no idea what I am going to do with this bedspread - it is unusable and I wouldn't insult the Salvos by passing it onto them. I wish to make it clear that I have no argument with Cottonbox themselves - just the item purchased.
