We find the surveys are clear, concise, accurate and have all the information we need to help create homes and additions for our clients.   They provide great customer service and we recommend Cottage Surveys to our clients and builders.

The difference reports on the same boundary of mine and of my neighbor's have made us fight with each other and spent excessive money to get another accurate report from an independent surveyor! Not to be trusted! They were done by different surveyors even in the same company!  Very annoying!
