Won't be back. Have given many chances. Owner clearly does not want to be there. You walk in and before you can look at the menu she stands there at the register impatiently waiting for you to order. I asked for gluten free bread... one slice of toast was fine. The other was clearly re-toasted. I couldn't even cut it with my knife it was that hard. Every time she waits to nake our coffee until last. So you sit of ages. You ask for it first but she still does things her way. And every time I ask for tomato sauce with my breakfast. She writes it on the docket and forgets it. Young students she rarely has on make a great coffee. Her coffee tastes burnt. After a dozen chances I have given up and will not go back.

Customer service was generally lovely, until we encountered who I believe was the owner. We asked if her scones were fresh and she became especially offended and aggressive, raising her voice loud enough so the entire shop could hear. She stated that they are not fresh and she refuses to make scones that you cannot freeze, all of her scones are frozen and defrosted upon someone ordering them and she's never had a complaint about their freshness, as they are delicious. Once we got our scones, they were dry and quite possibly the worse scones I've tasted. Because of our aggressive encounter with this woman at the counter we chose not to complain because we were concerned for the outcome. Apart from this brief encounter the experience was generally positive.

I come here all the time its a good place to chill with some mates grab something to eat and drink and evan to have a little celebration. The food is amazing the drinks are awesome (try the hot chocolates, milkshakes and iced chocolates) and the service is unbelievably great
